Lara Dutta, the Miss Universe 2000, Bollywood actress and model is in lime light for her coming film “Blue”. Lara Dutta was born on 16 April, 1978 in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. Lara has two older sister and parent in her family. Her one sister is in the Indian Air Force. She completed graduation in economics from Mumbai University. Lara was crowned the title of Miss Universe in 2000 and after winning this title she is appointed as a UNFPA Goodwill Ambassador.
Lara Dutta started her career as a model. She also won Femina Miss India Universe title before becoming Miss Universe in 2000. In the same year Priyanka Chopra also won “Miss World” crown for India. It was the great success of Indian beauty at international level. She began her filmy career with the film Andaaz in which her opposite co-star was comedy king Akshay kumar. Lara Dutta has acted several films still now some of them are Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost, Khakee, Masti, Bardaasht, Aan: Men at Work, Insaan, Ek Ajnabee, No Entry, Zinda, Bhagam Bhag Partner, Jumbo and Billu.
